Why Work At Click?
Click is a family-owned business on the Sunshine Coast, and we invest a lot of time and care into all of our team members. Working at Click means you'll work in both factory and job site settings that are inside homes, protected from seasonal elements. There is also an extended health benefits package for all full-time employees.
We like to have fun throughout the year too. Everyone enjoys our summertime Friday afternoon manager's BBQs, pizza lunches on the Tuesdays when we ship a home to its new owners, and there are the occasional fishing derby, paintball, and Par 3 golf days make it about more than just the work around here.
We expect a commitment to our processes from all team members and support any new ideas and initiatives that help to improve our efficiency, productivity, or customer experiences. Any familiarity with Lean Construction or 5S best practice is a big plus, so be sure to let us know.
Please note that personal transportation is a mandatory requirement of employment here at Click because our facility is located out in Port Mellon and there is no access to public transportation to our location at this time.
